Knights of Columbus has $30,000 to give away

WILLIAMS – The Arizona State Council of the Knights of Columbus is holding its annual raffle to support local charities. Tickets are $5 each, $20 for 5 or $100 for a book of 30. The drawing is May 16 and winners need not be present to win.

Prizes are a $10,000; $7000; $5000; $3000; $2000, $1000 and four $500 cash prizes.

You can purchase tickets from any Knights of Columbus member or at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Williams at 900 W Grant Ave. Call (928) 635-2430 for more information.

Maine Consolidated School District seeking Governing Board applicants February 21, 2017
Coconino County Superintendent of Schools Risha VanderWey is seeking applicants for appointment to the Maine Consolidated School District Governing Board. There are currently two vacant seats.

We believe in the First Amendment to the Constitution and that it protects speech that we do not want to hear, not speech that we want to hear. However, we do not believe that protects personal slurs, slander or libel.
