FLAGSTAFF – A Flagstaff police officer was shot at about 1:30 p.m. today by a “person of interest” in a domestic violence complaint. The officer was shot in the face by the suspect who was subsequently killed.

The officer is listed in critical condition at the Flagstaff Medical Center.
